Gender inequality in sports is a topic I feel strongly about as a student athlete. I researched and found three stories in three different sports where women were paid unfairly to men. I created five different rules to create the design, relating to my thesis topic, Sports: 1. Design must follow grid associated with each sport 2. Text must be intertwined with athlete 3. Each poster should have texture associated with each sport to add dimension 4. Athletes name and team must be included in the design 5. Gradient map must resonate with each sport. This plays on the set of guidelines or framework of sports followed in my thesis topic.
